Zanzibar
The culture and colors of the Zanzibar Archipelago, which lies off the coast of Tanzania in the Indian Ocean, was the inspiration for our Zanzibar collection. Ibn Batuta, the famous fourteenth century traveler and writer, described the seaside cities as laying “like a string of lustrous pearls along the green cushion of [a] verdant coast.” Known for an affluent clove, nutmeg and cinnamon market, we combined the colors of spices and pearls to create a delectable adornment.
